Wealden Properties (Sevenoaks) Limited is a local property firm which owns a portfolio of commercial and residential units in St Johns Hill, Dartford Rd, Holly Bush Lane and Riverhead areas of Sevenoaks

We own and manage our own units meaning that we are driven to ensure we offer tenants a professional and reliable service to maintain our own reputation and properties. Our portfolio includes shops, offices and a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats.

Our hands-on approach allows us to offer flexible lease terms making our commercial units suitable not only for established businesses but also start-up and growing businesses.  Although the company was only incorporated in 2017, the business has been established for over 50 years with a number of properties being in our ownership for a significant period of time.
