A new aquisition for Wealden Properties and an upgrade for an existing tenant
Wealden Properties is delighted to announce it has completed the purchase of 114 St Johns Hill and 121 /125 Wickenden Road – a ground floor commercial unit with 2 x 2 bed flats above. The ground floor was previously Alice’s Tea Shop but has now been let to a long-standing existing tenant of ours, Sevenoaks Plans, an architectural design practice. The purchase was only completed on 10th December but, in the space of two weeks, Sevenoaks Plans has undertaken a complete refurbishment of the commercial space enabling them to start 2020 in their new premises. Wealden wishes them every continued success for the future.
