What personal data we collect and why we collect it
As a property rental business which holds personal data relating to you, we are legally obliged to inform you of what we hold for you and how we will use it. You have a right to ask us what information we hold relating to you, and request that we correct the data if required
As a Tenant of ours, we naturally hold some personal details in connection with your Lease. The details we hold include but are not limited to; –
- Name and or Company Name
- Home Address and or Business Address
- Various telephone numbers as supplied by you
- Various email addresses as supplied by you
We also hold your e-mail addresses on our server.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We do not currently use any form of analytics to track user behaviour on our website.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with any third parties.
The information we hold is backed up and stored for security and loss prevention purposes. The information stored on the server can only be used for restore purposes by us. As such, we are the only party who can access this.
We believe that this information is held as a ‘Legitimate Interest’ to enable us to provide you as our Tenant with our services and to keep you advised of any changes to those services.
Wealden Property Management has the right to use your personal data provided it is in our legitimate business interest to do so and your rights are not affected.
What rights you have over your data
You have a right to ask us what information we hold relating to you, and request that we correct the data if required. You can request to receive a summary of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your contact information
Should you make an enquiry with us prior to becoming a tenant, your contact details are kept on a hard copy in our office for up to 2 months. The premises is locked when no staff are present.
